Seven Library, City and Township Tax measures were on the May 4, 2010 ballot in various areas in Stark County.

Approveda The Rodman and Louisville library measures were approved
Approveda Both North Canton, Perry and East Sparta measure were approved
Defeatedd The Waynesburg measure was defeated[1]

Two measures sought to allow the renewal of property taxes in the city of North Canton for 1 mill for a further five years and the township of Perry for 2.9 mills for a further five years.

Five measures sought to allow the addition of property taxes in the Rodman Library District for 1.5 mills for a further five years, the Louisville Library District for 1 mill for a further five years, the City of North Canton for 1.5 mills for an additional two years, the village of Waynesburg for 2 mills for a further five years and the village of East Sparta for .75 mills for a further five years.[2]
