This measure sought to add to the current school levy by a rate of $.59 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years n order to continue to pay for permanent improvement projects and current expenses in the school district.[2]

| An additional tax for the benefit of the Lima City School District for the purpose of THE ACQUISTION, CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGMENT, RENOVATION, AND FINANCING OF GENERAL PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS AND CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 5.99 mills (1.5 mills of which is allocated to general permanent improvements and 4.49 mills of which is allocated to current operating expenses) for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.599 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012 first due in calendar year 2013? |
