Lincoln D. Willis (b. November 21, 1975) was a Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives representing District 29 from 2010 to 2013.
Willis is executive manager of Willis Automotive of Middletown, DE, his family's business. He holds a J.D. from the College of William and Mary and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.[1]
