Lisa D. Ringer was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for District 9 of the California State Senate. She was a 2010 Libertarian candidate for District 16 of the California State Assembly. The primary election was on June 8, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

Ringer ran in the 2012 election for California State Senate District 9. She was defeated by Loni Hancock (D) and Mary Catherine McIlroy (P&F) in the blanket primary on June 5, 2012. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
