The question on the ballot:
| Shall the Governing Board of Littleton Elementary School District No. 65 of Maricopa County, Arizona, adopt a General Maintenance and Operation Budget which includes an amount that exceeds the revenue control limit specified by statute by fifteen percent for fiscal year 2012-2013 and for six subsequent years as described below? The 2012-2013 budget override authority represents a continuation of the existing ten percent and five percent budget override authorities which are scheduled to phase down by one-third for fiscal year 2012-2013 if the voters do not approve the override. |
