Measure U was approved.

• Yes: 1,711 votes, or 62.58%.
• No: 1,023 votes, or 37.42%.

The objective of Measure U was to abolish the current trustee areas in the Live Oak Unified School District and instead, in the future, elect trustees to the School Board at large.
