Lonnie Napier (b. May 24, 1940) is a former Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 36 from 1985 to 2013.

Napier served in the Kentucky Army National Guard from 1963-1969. He has worked as an auctioneer, farmer, newspaper editor, and realtor.

Napier is a member of the Dix River Board of Realtors, Garrard County Beef Cattle Fair Board, Garrard County Chamber of Commerce, Kentucky Association of Realtors, Kentucky Auctioneer's Association, National Auctioneer's Association, and the National Rifle Association.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Napier was re-elected to the 36th District Seat in the Kentucky House of Representatives, defeating J.R. "Dick" Brunson (I).[4] Napier raised $47,468 for his campaign, while Brunson raised $7,500.[5]
