A Lorain County Children's Levy Replacement measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Lorain County.

- YES 62,042 (62.4%)
- NO 37,393 (37.6%) [1]
This measure sought to replace the current Children Services property tax with one set at a rate of $.15 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to provide Children services which are offered in the county.[2]
