A Lorain County Health District Levy Renewal measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the county health district of Lorain County.

The measure was approved

YES 16,175 (51.60%)a
NO 15,170 (48.40%)^[1]

This measure sought to renew the current district levy which is set at a rate of 1 mill for a further five years in order to continue to pay for operational costs in the district.^[2]
