Lori Albin was a Democratic candidate for District 42 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Albin ran against Democratic candidates Oz Bengur, Art Buist, David Kosak, and incumbent Stephen Lafferty in the September 14 primary. She advanced to the general election where she faced Republican incumbent Susan Aumann, incumbent William Frank, Jack Gordon and Nicholas Pepersack.

Albin lost in the general election on November 2, 2010, coming in fourth. Three seats were available in the district.[1]
