Biography
Torres, a lifelong resident of Johnson County, Indiana, is an attorney with over 20 years practice. Most of that time was spent as a partner at Smart, Kessler and Torres. She previously served as a member of the Indiana State Board of Funeral and Cemetery Service and has been president of the National Association of Governmental Labor Officials (NAGLO).[1]
