The Los Alamitos school bond election, also known as Measure K, was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Orange County, California, for voters in the Los Alamitos school district.

To pass, it needed the approval of 55% of those voting in the election.

It authorizes for a $126 million bond. This will establish a tax rate of $34.75 per $100,000 of assessed valuation; with the average assessed valuate of single-family homes in the district at $402,000, there'd be a nearly $140 increase in property taxes annually on such a property.

Measure K was approved with 65.2% of the vote.
