Los Gatos Term Limits, 2009

A Term Limits for the Los Gatos City Council ballot measure has been approved for petition circulation in Santa Clara County for voters in the City of Los Gatos.[1]

The measure proposes a limit of two four-year terms on members of the Los Gatos City Council.

Proponents of the measure have 180 days from early March 2009 to obtain 1,871 valid signatures on the petition to place the measure on the ballot.

Supporters of the measure include Tony Alarcon, John Housley and former Los Gatos city councilman Steve Glickman.
