Los Nietos Elementary School District Measure M appeared on the June 3, 2008 ballot in Los Angeles County, California, where it passed. To pass, it needed the approval of 55% of the district's voters.

The ballot language read, "To acquire, construct and modernize school facilities, shall the Los Nietos School District be authorized to upgrade classrooms and security, improve student safety and school sites, renovate outdated restrooms, and replace roofs by issuing up to $31,140,000 in bonds at legal interest rates, with annual audits, a citizens’ oversight and no money for overhead or administrator salaries?"
