Louisiana 2012 ballot measures
Nine measures were certified for the 2012 ballot in Louisiana. All but one of these measures were approved.
- The 2012 legislative session began March 12 and convened on June 4.
- Referrals could have been sent to the ballot during this time.

|Amendment 5||Law||Allows the legislature to deny retirement benefits to any public employee or official who commits a felony related to their office|
|Amendment 6||Taxes||Authorizes the city of New Iberia to grant contracts for the exemption of property annexed by the city|
|Amendment 7||Administration of Gov't||Restructures the composition of constitutional boards and commissions|
|Amendment 8||Taxes||Allows local governments to opt-in to property tax exemptions for certain businesses|
|Amendment 9||Laws||Established certain requirements prior to legislatively creating certain special districts|
Not on the ballot
|University Tuition Amendment||Education||Would take away state universities' need for the legislature's approval when making changes to tuition.|
