Lowe Finney is a Democratic member of the Tennessee State Senate, representing District 27. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006. Finney currently serves as Majority Caucus Leader and was elected to remain in that position, beginning in the 2011 session.[1]

Biography

Finney graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Tennessee-Martin and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. He is a practicing attorney and a part-time college instructor.
