The Loyal School District Referendum was a school bond brought to the April 7 ballot by the school board in the Loyal School District which is in Clark County. The measure sought to exceed state-set revenue limits by $500,000 per year for 3 years, for a total of $1,500,000. The additional funds would be used for non-recurring operational costs.
