The first measure asked voters if they wanted to approved a $2.50 increase per $1,000 of assessed property value in order to help pay for county planning and development.
The second measure asked voters if they wanted to approve a $.50 increase per $1,000 of assessed property value in order to help with the placement and care of children in the county.
