Luke Kenley (b. March 28, 1945) is a Republican member of the Indiana State Senate, representing District 20 since 1992.

Kenley was a judge for Noblesville City Court from 1974 to 1989.

Kenley served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant from 1969 to 1971. He worked as an attonrney for Cadick Burns Duck Neighbors from 1972 to 1974. He then worked as owner of Kenley's Supermarkets, Incorporated, from 19773 to 1998. He was also owner of Cambridge Investment, Incorporated, from 1998 to 2008.

Kenley earned his BA from Miami University in 1967. He went on to receive his JD from Harvard Law School in 1972.
