Riley is principal of Riley Accounting Services, which she has owned and operated for 28 years. She served as the Fulton County Commissioner for District 3 from 2004 to 2010. She has also been a board member of the Atlanta/Fulton County Water Resource Commission and chair of the county Building Authority. Riley also participated in work with the North Fulton House delegation to create the new cities of Sandy Springs, Johns Creek and Milton.
She attended Northeastern University, Bentley College and the American Institute of Banking. Riley and her husband, Mike, have three children.
