Lynne Torgerson was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 5th Congressional District of Minnesota. Torgerson previously ran for the same seat as an unsuccessful Independent candidate in 2010.

Torgerson initially declared an intent to run in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Minnesota's 5th District.[1] She did not appear on the August 14 primary ballot.
