Shallal was a candidate in the 2010 Michigan state house elections. He was defeated in the Republican primary on August 3, 2010.
Biography
Shallal is an Iraq war veteran who served more than five tours as a civilian contractor to various locations in the Middle East. On many occasions, during the course of service, he returned home after sustaining battlefield injuries.[1]
Shallal has a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Security Systems from University of Phoenix – Troy, MI.[1]
During election year 2010, Shallal founded the Michigan Right To Vote Political Action Committee, which later become a National PAC as of 2012.[1]
Shallal currently works as an Operations Manager and Intelligence Analyst for a Fortune 500 Defense Contracting company, while maintaining operation as a president of AMP7 Incorporation, a Michigan based defense consultant.[1]
