Three Mad River Township Levy Renewal measures were on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the township of Mad River which is in Clark County.

All three measures were approved

The first measure sought to renew the current fire services levy which is set at a rate of $.08 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to help pay for fire maintenance and operational costs in the township.[1]

The second measure sought to renew the current emergency services levy which is set at a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to help pay for emergency medical services in the township.[2]
