Two Magnolia Village Operations & Police Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Magnolia which is in Carroll and Stark Counties.

The first measure sought to renew the current operations levy which is set at a rate of 3.5 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for general operational and maintenance costs in the village.

The second measure sought to renew the current police levy which is set at a rate of 4 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for police protection services offered in the village.[1]
