Maine Question 1, Ban on Cruise Missile Testing (1989)

Maine Measure Cruise Missiles Initiative, on the ballot as Question 1, was a measure to stop cruise missile tests. It appeared on the November 7, 1989 general election ballot, where it passed.
The question on the ballot was:
- "Do You Favor Stopping Cruise Missile Tests in Maine?"
- Yes: 122,820
- No: 112,109.
