Maine Town of Gorges Veto Vote (1910)

A Maine Town of Gorges People's Veto Vote was on the 1910 ballot in Maine as a veto referendum. Voters were asked if they wanted to ratify a recent act of the Maine State Legislature to "Divide the Town of York and Establish the Town of Gorges."
Voters rejected the legislation:
- In favor: 19,692
- Opposed: 34,722
