Many Oaks Lane Road Zone of Benefit Parcel Tax, Measure A (March 2012)
If it had been approved, Measure A would have indefinitely levied a $250/year parcel tax. The revenues from the tax could only have been used for road improvement and maintenance services and drainage facility maintenance services.
The Many Oaks Lane Zone of Benefit No. 98132 has been in existence since May 27, 1986. As of January 2012, there are 191 registered voters in the district.
A two-thirds supermajority vote was needed for approval.
