A Maple Grove Township Library Levy Addition measure was on the August 7, 2012 ballot in the township of Maple Grove, which is in Saginaw County.

This measure sought to add to the current levy by a rate of $.70 per $1,000 of assessed value for a period of four years in order to pay for the costs for the township being included in the Shiawassee County Community District Library as well as township library service costs. It was defeated.

The question on the ballot:

Shall a 0.7000 mill ($0.7000 per $1,000 of taxable value) tax be assessed and levied on taxable property within the Township in the years 2012-2015, both inclusive, to provide funds for the Township contribution for the establishment, operation and financial support of the Shiawassee County Community District Library, for public library services within the Township?[1][2]
