Margaret Kelliher (b. March 11, 1968) was a Democratic-Farmer Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. She represented District 60A from 1998 to 2011. She served as Speaker of the House.

Kelliher earned her MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and B.A. in History/Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College.

She served as Minority Whip from 2002-2006, was a Constituent Liaison for the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1991-1995, and a Community Organizer for the Bryn Mawr Neighborhood Association from 1995-1997.

Kelliher is a member of the Basilica of Saint Mary, Bryn Mawr Neighborhood Association, League of Women Voters, Minneapolis Institute of the Arts, and the Minnesota 4-H Foundation. She is married and has 2 children.[1]
