Margaretta Township Fire & Road Levy Measures, 2 (March 2012)
The first measure sought to renew the current fire levy which was set at a ate of $.20 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire protection and emergency services in the township.
The second measure sought to add to the current road levy by a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a period of five years in order to further pay for road repair and construction projects in the township.

| Issue 1: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Margaretta Township for the purpose of fire protection and emergency medical services at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.20 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
Issue 2: An additional tax for the benefit of Margaretta Township for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and the repair of streets, roads, and bridges at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
