Quinn ran in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 143. Quinn ran unopposed in the Republican primary on April 24 and defeated Joseph Frederick (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [1][2]

Quinn won re-election to the 143rd District Seat in 2010. She had no opposition in the May 18 Republican primary and defeated Democrat Kathy McQuarrie and independent Tom Lingenfelter in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
