Mario Ferone is a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 15 of the New York State Assembly.

Elections for the office of New York State Assembly will take place in 2014. A primary election took place September 9, 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was July 10, 2014. Mario Ferone was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Michael Montesano was unopposed in the Republican primary. Montesano is also running on the Conservative Party, Tax Revolt Party (TRP) and Independence Party of New York State tickets. Ferone and Montesano will face off in the general election.[1][2]

Ferone ran in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 15. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on September 13, 2012. He was defeated by incumbent Michael A. Montesano in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4][5]
