Goico's website is not up to date, but lists some of his accomplishments from the 2006 legislative session as introducing bills on "Providing affordable airfares for Kansans flying from Wichita, restricting picketing at military funerals, and using eminent domain to combat drug houses."[1]

He refused to take Project Vote Smart's 2008 Political Courage Test. The test, which is administered to all candidates for presidential, congressional, gubernatorial, and state legislative offices, asks one central question - "Are you willing to tell citizens your positions on the issues you will most likely face on their behalf?"[2]

Goico won re-election in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 94. He was unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[5][6][7]

Goico won re-election to the 100th District Seat in 2010 with no opposition. He was also unopposed in the GOP primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[8]

On November 4, 2008, Goico was re-elected to the 100th District Seat in the Kansas House of Representatives, defeating Beverly Lucas (D). [9] Goico raised $24,318 for his campaign, while Lucas raised $1,912. [10]
