A Marion County Disabilities Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in Marion County.

  • NO 4,055 (46.23%)[1]

This measure sought to replace the current Disabilities Board levy with one set at a rate of $.05 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for services offered by the Board in the county.[2]
