Mark Hass (b. December 10, 1956) has been a Democratic member of the Oregon Senate since 2007, representing the 14th district.
Education
Hass earned his BS from the University of Oregon in 1978. He went on to receive his MA from American University in 1982.
Professional experience
Hass has worked as a Real Estate Agent, Professor, and Journalist. He is also a former reporter for KATU-television in Portland, Oregon. He is currently Brand Strategist for Cappelli Miles.
Political experience
Hass served in the Oregon State House of Representatives from 2000 to 2007. He went on to join the Oregon State Senate in 2007. He has served in that position since, representing the 14th district.
