Pafford is the Director of Resource Development for The Lord's Place. He has previously worked as Director of Planning and Policy for the Area Agency on Aging, Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Alzheimer's Association of Palm Beach County, and Legislative Assistant to Florida House Representative Lois Frankel.[1]
