Mark Vannoy serves on the Maine Public Utilities Commission. Vannoy was appointed to the Maine Public Utilities Commission in May 2012 to finish the term of Vendean Vafiades.[1][2] He was re-appointed to a six-year term on May 1, 2013.


Vannoy was working for Wright-Pierce’s civil and infrastructure engineering practice when he was appointed to the MPUC. He has also worked on projects for the Poland Spring water company and served in the United States Navy from 1993 to 1999.[1]
