Martha Zoller was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 9th Congressional District of Georgia. Zoller was defeated by Doug Collins in the Republican runoff primary on August 21, 2012.[1]

Biography

Zoller attended the University of Georgia's Grady School of Journalism.[2]

Career

Zoller worked as a conservative talk show host in Gainesville, Georgia with Cox Media.[2]

Zoller ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Georgia's 9th District. Zoller was seeking re-election on the Republican ticket.[3] The signature filing deadline was May 25, 2012, with the primary taking place on July 31, 2012. She and Collins won the primary and advance to a runoff primary election.[4] Zoller was defeated by Doug Collins in the Republican runoff primary on August 21, 2012.[5]
