A Martins Ferry City Levy Addition measure was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the city of Martins Ferry which is in Belmont County.

This measure sought to add to the current property tax by a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to help pay for a new fire truck for the city fire department.[2]

An additional tax for the benefit of the City of Martins Ferry for the purpose of purchasing a new fire truck at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
