Gile earned her B.S. from McGill University; M.Ed. from the University of New Hampshire; and Ed.D. from George Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. Gile's professional experience includes working as a teacher, consultant on the Title 1 Elementary and Secondary Education Act for the New Hampshire State Department of Education; professor and department head; and consultant/professor.
