The question on the ballot:

The Board of Directors, Mary M. Knight School District No. 311 adopted Resolution No. 11:03, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operations expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District: Collection Year 2013-2014; Approximate Levy Rate per $1000 Assessed Value: $2.95, $3.00; Levy Amount: $601,000, $612,000. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
