Mary Nolan (b. 1954) is a former Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 36 from 2001 to 2013. Nolan served as Majority Leader, until the 2011 session.[1].

Nolan served as Chair of the Portland Private Industry Council and member of the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
