Mary Nolan (b. 1954) is a former Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives. She represented District 36 from 2001 to 2013. Nolan served as Majority Leader, until the 2011 session.[1].

Nolan is a business owner. She is Director of Portland Environmental Services, Chair of the Portland Private Industry Council, and member of the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.[2]

Nolan won re-election to the 36th District seat in 2010. She had no primary opposition but was challenged by Diane Schendel in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[3]
