Question F was on the November 2, 2004 election ballot in Prince George's County, where it was approved.

The official ballot question was, "To provide that members of the County Council may not be elected to more than two consecutive terms; and to provide a precedence clause in the event of conflicting charter amendments ratified by the voters at the November 2004 general election.[1]
