The Massachusetts Stop Nuclear Plants that Produce Nuclear Waste Act, also known as Question 4, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have shut down nuclear power plants that produce nuclear waste.[1]
