The Massachusetts Limited Beer and Wine Licenses Initiative did not make the November 6, 2012 general election ballot in the state of Massachusetts as an initiated state statute. The measure was filed by Cynthia A. Eid and was assigned initiative number 11-26. The proposal was described as an "act to establish limited beer and wine licenses for grocery stores and supermarkets, subject to local control".[1]
