The Massachusetts Vehicle Risks Classification for Insurance Act, also known as Question 5, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have established classifications for risks related to motor vehicle liability policies and bonds.[1]
