The Massachusetts Tort Law for Voluntary Organizations Act, also known as Question 2, was on the November 7, 1922 ballot in Massachusetts as a veto referendum, where it was defeated, thus overturning the legislation. The measure would have affected tort liability for certain voluntary organizations.[1]
