The Massachusetts Prohibition of Alcohol Production and Transportation Act, also known as Question 3, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Massachusetts as a veto referendum, where it was approved, thus upholding the legislation. The measure prohibited the production and transportation of certain alcoholic and intoxicating beverages in the state.[1]
