The Massachusetts Non-Profits Allowed to Conduct Games of Chance Act, also known as Question 5, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Massachusetts as a veto referendum, where it was approved, thus upholding the legislation. The measured permitted non-profit organizations to conduct games of chance.[1]
