The Massachusetts Legislative Voting for Emergency Laws Amendment, also known as Question 6, was on the November 4, 1980 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have changed legislative voting procedures for emergency laws.[1]
